Compatibility issue of Config Tool

Today I received an email from Peter, a user in Hungary, who reported a problem. Peter also sent me a screen-shot and a video to display the error.

My development platform is win7-x64. To find out what's wrong, I have tested with win8 and win10 in VMWare(both are x64 and fresh installation, only with px4-driver installing) but everything worked fine and no error occurred.

May this problem be caused by the DLL issue of .NET framework? Is there anyone familiar with c#(.net) that could help improve this? Your help would be much appreciated. And any suggestion is welcome.

@leskopeter
Just input '.' directly from the keyboard.
I have tried ',' on my system and got the same error like you.

@sdujolo
Can it be solved by the application itself?

As Tom said you should change "," to "."

Here is the Solution

I have made a test version which doesn't require to change the OS setting. You can test it.
